Choosing a location for your session is completely up to you. I am happy to go somewhere that reflects your relationship and personalities. However, I can also suggest locations based on a type of backdrop that you may like. The session is all about the two of you and the backdrop, while important, can be surprisingly simple and yet act as a prism to focus the image's attention directly to you. If I were to show you outside the frame of some of my shots, you'd be surprised at where we are actually standing.

Once we have decided on a location, date, and time, you can expect a short walk. The walk can take place on either flat ground or potentially off camber terrain based on your level of comfort and the location chosen.

I suggest wearing clothing that is both confidence inspiring and comfortable. Something you may wear out to a nice restaurant, but a nice restaurant that requires walking over some large boulders and fallen trees to get to. You may bring a change of clothing but just be aware the location may not have an ideal changing option.
I don't think a glass of wine or a beer right before meeting up would go amiss. But regardless don't be anxious, its my job to make you feel comfortable and create situations and actions for you to look your best.
